Disposable probe tips for probe station, 20 Mil Shank X 1.25" length
Strip with 100 tips, gold plating in the tip area only. Significantly lower current when plating the tip area only results in a finer grained more controlled deposit.
Tips are for use with most standard commercial micropositioners for probing integrated circuits, pads, or lines.
Because of quality control actual tip count might be slightly lower. Price will be adjusted if necessary to reflect that.
