Box with 5 tips, packed with corrosion inhibiting paper strip, BeCu, manufactured from silver plated Beryllium Copper wire. So the shank is silver plated.
Because of higher variation in tip radius when etching BeCu tips of 10 µm tip radius and below we have to sort under a high powered microscope. This process is very labor intensive and drives up cost per tip!
Tips are for use with most standard commercial micropositioners for probing integrated circuits, pads, or lines. |
