RF Probe Heads

Image shows .Dual / Differential RF probe head. Dual heads are essentially a mechanical arrangement of 2 single heads on the same mount. Distance between both heads is user adjustable. Electrically partameters are shared with the single heads of same configuration.
Probe heads are available for frequencies up to 110 GHz in many styles, footprints (GSG, SG, GS), and pitches between individual contacts.
