Kelvin Probe Assembly, tungsten probe tips
10 mil (0.254 mm) dia shank, tip drop 8 mil (0.2032 mm), total depth below mounting arm 317 mil (8.052 mm), total length 2.52" (64 mm). Clamping in the positioners mounting bracket takes between 8 and 8.5 mm, assembly adds from 55.5 to 56 mm to reach.
