The tip holder is the connection mechanism between micropositioner and probe tip.
Coaxial holder for low current / low voltage measurements with 1.5 m coaxial cable ending in male BNC connector.
If you need extremely low leakage current and coaxial connection this probe holder would be your best choice.
For 20 mil probe tips, comes with inclinator for larger manipulators like EM050 or EM005.
